Yezelalem Minch Children and Community Development is a local, non-profit, non-governmental organization that seeks to provide comprehensive care for orphaned and vulnerable children, along with community capacity enhancement so as to minimize the vulnerability of orphaned children. Yezelalem Minch currently operates in three sub cities of Addis Ababa, as well as in four branch offices located in suburb towns in the surrounding Oromia region – Sebeta, Alem Gena, Holeta, and Menagesha. Yezelalem Minch has reached over 1,800 children, including those who have graduated or moved out of the program. 1,300 children are active in the Yezelalem Minch program currently.
